By confirming your booking with us either orally or and
other means you enter into agreement with Britannia Productions to accept our
terms and conditions as stated below.
1.
The session starts at the time agreed by the client and the
studio when booking. It is the responsibility of the client to arrive on time.
In some cases, the studio will be able to accommodate late arrivals by prior
arrangement – this remains at the discretion of the management.
2.
The clients are responsible for the care of their own equipment
and ensuring it is in a safe condition for use in the studio.
3.
In the event of an equipment failure severe enough to
interrupt the session the studio’s liability shall be limited to a refund of
the time lost, or to replace the equivalent session time lost as soon as can reasonably
be arranged.
4.
The studio reserves the right to terminate a session without
compensation, should a client’s behaviour become such that they are endangering
themselves and/or others, and/or at risk of causing damage to studio equipment.
5.
The clients are responsible for their own noise levels
within the studio, and for supplying their own hearing protection where
appropriate. The studio may at times have hearing protection available to purchase
from the front desk.
6.
Backline hire is available to hire subject to availability
and management’s discretion.
7.
The client is entitled to the use of all equipment they have
booked in the studio during a session, including backline hire. Any equipment damaged whilst not under the direction
of a staff member, or deemed to be through misuse or carelessness, must be
repaired or replaced at the client’s expense.
8.
The PA equipment has been set up to its optimum level by the
studio. Changes should not be made to any PA amps, compressors, limiters and
feedback destroyers as this could damage the equipment. (See condition 7). If
you require any assistance with this, please ask a member of our staff.
9.
The studio expects all rooms to be treated with
respect. Any damage caused to walls,
floors, contents, fixtures and fittings (including spillages) should be
reported to a member of staff. Management reserve the right to charge the
client for any damage deemed to have been incurred by mistreatment.
10.
Alcohol is permitted in the studios, providing you are of
legal age to consume it. Please note that this is a public, non-licensed space
and as such the legal age is eighteen years. Please consider carefully the amount
of alcohol consumed during your rehearsal and the effect it has on the other
users of the studio. (see condition 4).
